We had a fantastic experience during our Office Health Week with the Mindful Run/Walk and Office Gym sessions. The 75-minute walk in the park was a refreshing break from the workday, helping us slow down, focus on our breathing, and become more aware of our surroundings.
The Office Gym session was equally enjoyable, very interactive, energizing, and full of simple yet effective movements that can easily be done at your desk. It definitely got our heart rates up and brought a lot of positive energy to the team.
Overall, a fun and valuable experience that’s already making a difference in how we approach wellbeing at work!
